If you are not careful, mint can totally take over the herb bed! To remedy this, we planted ours in an old wooden box - it doesn’t seem to mind being a bit root bound. I love the scent of mint - and such a perky flavor. Try snipping a few leaves into a fruit salad, toss a sprig into your water bottle, wrap up some spring rolls, or add some zing to your pesto. And perhaps my favorite way to enjoy mint… muddled in a mojito.
